**THE KIDS ARE FREE!

Up to two children under 12 are allowed at no charge when sharing a room with two adults.  When only one adult is traveling, the first child shall pay the adult rate. 

When a single adult is traveling with three children, the oldest child will be considered an adult, and two more children under 12 shall be allowed to travel at no charge.

In some hotels, a small upgrade may be required.  This is usually very inexpensive,

and is done soley for the comfort of the group or to enable more bed space. 

When this becomes necessary, it will be discussed at the time of booking.

*SEASONAL RATES

Low season rates expire November 30, 2009.

High season rates apply December 1, 2009 through April 30, 2010.

Of course, everything depends on availability.
